Chuck Palmer, Managing Partner and Consumer Strategist
A founder and Managing Partner, Chuck is the day-to-day ConsumerX client contact and leads the studio team. Chuck’s responsibilities include client and brand steward, ensuring client strategic requirements are always understood, challenged, solved and presented with the highest standards. Additionally, Chuck manages the timing, budgeting and financial business planning along with providing strategic growth recommendations. With more than 20 years experience, Chuck has worked with clients including HSBC, Nintendo, Wrangler, Intel, Humana, Johnson & Johnson, Dell, Kmart, Macy’s, Crate & Barrel, Columbia Sportswear, HP and Staples.

In-Store Experience, Environments

Therese McCann, Environments Lead

As Environments Lead, Therese brings over 15 years of both domestic and international retail experience to ConsumerX. Her retail experience covers the spectrum from concept to market: trend research, creative direction, visual merchandising, and brand architecture.
Prior to joining cX, she worked as a Visual Merchandising Manager for Victoria Secret PINK, one of the hottest emerging apparel brands in the United States.  Prior to PINK, Therese worked as a Senior Consultant for Retail Planning Associates where, she led her team as the creative/Visual Merchandising expert in numerous domestic and international Work for blue chip companies such as Jusco, Inc (Tokyo), Carhartt, Eurotel (Slovakia), Silia (Helsinki), Adidas, The Wiz, among others. Therese has both Masters of Arts and Bachelors of Arts (Magna Cum Laude) degrees in Art History, with minor in African Studies from The Ohio State University.


In-Store Experience, Visual Communication

Dennis Field,
Visual Communications Lead
As Visual Communications Lead, Dennis  brings 10 years of visual communication experience—both environmental and digital—to ConsumerX. His retail experience covers a variety of disciplines, from identity development to complex signage systems.  Recent work includes Select Comfort Pillow-Ology brand architecture, in-store visual communications,  Dick’s Sporting Goods in-store visual communications and structural packaging. Dennis is a graduate of the Columbus College of Art & Design.
